25 items for redstone clock
25 magma blocks
23 rails
2 powered rails
1 hopper minecart
9 hoppers
26 trapdoors
50 redstone dust
4 redstone torches
4 comparators
2 repeaters
1 lever
1 double chest
2 water buckets to create an infinite source

Each additional layer:

125 Building Blocks = 1 stack and 61 blocks
208 slabs = 3 stacks and 16 slabs
26 trapdoors
2 repeaters
30 redstone dust
