In this video, Cynthia Anaele, @iamnaijacynth Executive Director of Chen Education & Development Empowerment (CEDE), shares how Transforming Lives: Prosthetics for Progress was born - from a small, heartfelt effort to support persons living with limb loss, to a vision that refused to stay small.
For years, CEDE carried this project on a limited scale, reaching who we could, with what we had. Then in 2025, everything changed. The Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) believed in the vision and came on board through their CSR, helping us scale this dream nationwide. With Nisa Garki Hospital, Abuja joining as our medical partner, lives were not just supported - they were transformed.
This is more than an initiative.
It is about mobility, dignity, hope, and inclusion.
