Описание: Dylan Harcourt was just 17-years-old when he left school to pursue music despite having never played guitar, let alone written a song.
Rising to prominence as a busker on the streets of Dublin, Dylan Harcourt draws influence from the likes of Hozier, Glen Hansard and Damien Rice. With lauded performances at Electric Picnic and Ferrara Buskers Festival under his belt, he released his Icarus EP in 2018.
Starting off the livestream performance with a track about longing for someone, and struggling to let go, 'Isabelle' shows off Harcourt's easy vocal strength and storytelling-focused song-writing abilities.
Crafting an atmosphere similar to that of an Irish pub around December, with Christmas decorations twinkling in the background, Harcourt blends in a strong cover of Damien Rice's 'Delicate'.
Proceeding to sing his personal favourite track within his catalogue, 'Anymore' - written originally on piano - and 'Above the Water', the singer-songwriter's penchant for writing about mental health, nostalgia and self-reflection shines through.. ​Dylan Harcourt is a 23 year old musician primarily based in Dublin with his second city being Berlin, Germany. Dylan is a songwriter and has a deep love for the trade and the release of creativity that comes with it, He said: “I’m cautiously excited for this year. I feel I’m making the best music I can make right now and excited to see how that standard shifts throughout the year. I’d also love to get even one great gig in by the end of 2021.
