HEREFORD, UK — On 17th January 2026, the Hereford Malayalee Association (HEMA) hosted its highly anticipated annual Christmas and New Year celebration, titled "Jingle and Cheers," at the St Mary's Roman Catholic High School auditorium. The event served as a vibrant showcase of community spirit and cultural heritage, drawing an impressive crowd of over 300 attendees from Hereford and its surrounding regions.

The festivities were officially inaugurated by Mr Jim Kenyon, a prominent Councillor for the Tupsley Ward in Herefordshire.
The program featured a diverse array of colourful cultural performances meticulously curated by members of the Hereford Malayali community.

The event reached a high-energy climax with a dynamic DJ set performed by Benny Alexander and team, which saw guests of all ages take to the dance floor in a spirited conclusion to the night’s festivities.

The seamless execution of the event was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the HEMA executive committee.
