Closed Hiking Trail Wild Camping with Tarp | Hike and Camp in the Cold and Wet Melbourne, Victoria

Описание: Welcome to another video everyone.
In this video I head back to the main carpark where I took off for my 500-subscriber video however this time instead of hanging around the day visitor area I go for a hike along the trail.

To start off with I did a solo hike from the day visitor area and parking lot. The actual hiking trail has been signed as closed as you will see the sign at the start of my video, however that didn't deter me from getting out and doing a camp in the cold and wet conditions.
The terrain was tough (or I'm just terribly unfit) but I managed to find a nice spot off the hiking trail to set up.
With a simple camo tarp setup, it was quick and easy to get ready so then it was onto getting a campfire prepared because on the top of this mountain where I camped it was chilly!
All the firewood around the area was quite waterlogged due to all the rain and I knew this would be a problem, so I decided to bring some of my own wood along to help get the fire going and dry out some of the firewood scattered around.

Throw in some camp cooking on my trusty cooking stove, a few beers and just the usual chit chat and it makes for a great time that I hope you guys all enjoy too.
This one was filmed a little while back and just hadn't got around to releasing it so now is the perfect time to do it!
