17:30 | Welcome & Opening Remarks
Luis Vassy, President of Sciences Po, and Arancha González, Dean of PSIA, will open the Summit, setting the stage for an inspiring series of discussions.

17:45 | Keynote Speech
Mathias Cormann, Secretary-General of the OECD, will deliver the keynote address, sharing his views on the critical issues facing global cooperation today. The speech will be presented by Max Cocard, a Master’s student in International Governance and Diplomacy at PSIA.

About the Speaker: Mathias Cormann, the 6th Secretary-General of the OECD, has extensive experience in global economic policy and international governance. His leadership at the OECD focuses on economic recovery post-COVID, climate action for a fair global transition, the digital transformation, and ensuring a level playing field for global markets. Before his current role, Cormann served as Australia’s Minister for Finance and Leader of the Government in the Senate. His career reflects a strong commitment to open markets, free trade, and a rules-based international system.
