🤍 Fully in this program! Lifting heavy, nervous system shot, but feel GOOD
🤍 I have remembered all my cues, espcially what works for me. I have long limbs and there are certain form adjustments I have to work through.
🤍 Full workout
Deadlift 3x8 or 5, 4 (85%), 3 (90%)
Hamstring curls 3x10
Staggered RDL 3x10
