Описание: Senator Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) spoke on the Senate floor concerning his bill that would sanction the companies constructing the Russian pipeline Nord Stream 2. Nord Stream 2 would deepen western Europe’s reliance on Russian natural gas and would threaten the NATO alliance. Senator Cotton’s bill was included in this year’s 2020 National Defense Authorization Act.
