smash super bores lawl ñoba moveset: Steamed Hams Man (April's Fools 2018) (check description)

The forth and last moveset from this traditional April Fools series. A fun idea I got from WWM which is actually somewhat different from the usual Ñobsets.

While the other 3 characters were "dead on arrival" (meaning I can't see them getting a decent moveset at all), this one tackles the concept of "good idea, poor execution", by using a single 3 minutes clip to represent a character from one of the longest running series of all time (and it's still going, mind you).

If you want to make a moveset for Skinner, go ahead! I am not stopping you. Just... don't make it like this. It's the reason I called him "Steamed Hams Man", to differenciate him from a proper moveset from Springfield's Elementary School Principal.
