Left Main to LAD Bifurcation Stenting on Innvolution Cath Lab

Описание: We are pleased to share the successful provisional bifurcation stenting performed at the Left Main (LM) to Left Anterior Descending (LAD) coronary artery using our #innvolution Cath Lab. This procedure was carried out on a 48-year-old male patient diagnosed with Ischemic Heart Disease (IHD) and experiencing Unstable Angina.
Angiography revealed Distal LM lesion showing 90% stenosis and an Ostial LAD 90% lesion.

Procedure technique:
Dilation of the LM and LAD lesions with 2.5x10mm and 3.5x10mm Balloons at 12-16 atm pressure.
Deployment of a 3.5x18mm stent across the LM-LAD lesion at 12 atm pressure.
Post-dilation with an NC Balloon of 4.0x08mm at 20 atm pressure.
Ballooning of the LCX with a 2.0x10mm balloon at 18 atm pressure.
Employing the SKB technique with a 4.0x08mm balloon for LAD and a 3.5x10mm balloon for LCX at 12 atm pressure.
Final post-dilation with an NC Balloon of 4.0x08mm at 22 atm pressure.

Result: TIMI III flow was achieved with no complications, marking a successful provisional bifurcation stenting at the Left Main to LAD.
