This version was made using the Game Gear version as a base, removing some of the levels from the MegaDrive original as a result. Plus that everything is monochromatic because of Game Boy. At least they put two timer items for the bonus levels, though that's still not enough for the later bonus levels starting from the third one.

There is also a design flaw at Radical Rails where one of the spots is impossible to collect, for those who're wondering why the 99% spot collection in that level.
