This mountain area is well-known for raising best ducks in Vietnam. We traveled a long way to see what the ducks here look like and how they taste. I have to say it is the best duck I have ever had in Vietnam. Vietnam street food recipe for duck is simple, just boiling or grilling. The key to make good vietnam street food from duck is, however, to choose quality fresh duck meat. As you can see, they raise ducks in a large backyard and feed them with rice seeds, no artificial/ chemical feeding. Thus, the duck meat here at the end tastes so good, tender, no much fat and no odor smell.
FYI: Google "Vịt Cổ Lũng". It's the name of this specific duck in Vietnam.
