On 01/24/2025 at 12:40 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26-year-old male from West New York, NJ for Tampering with Public Records [2C:28-7A(3)] for possessing on his motor vehicle an electric license plate cover that concealed the license plate from public view. The driver was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
