Part of my workshop is based on a sea-container. I replaced the floor panels and I basically pulled out the old ones (partly breaking the existing rusted bolts) using a cheap chain block (also known as a hand chain hoist) I acquired many years ago… Doing so, I abused it a bit too much and at the end it started to block… In this video I open it up to see if I can fix it, and while I had it disassembled anyway, I have given it a revision so I can keep on using it for many years...
