In this video we leave Cusco early in the morning to begin our journey to Machu Picchu! An early start, followed by a taxi, three hour bus journey and then the most scenic two hour train journey got us to Aguas Calientes where we explored this remote little town in the mountains before a quick sleep and another early start and short bus journey up to the top of Machu Picchu!

Join us next Friday where we'll share the final part of the journey and a tour around Machu Picchu itself plus what it's like to hike along the Inca Trail!
