Specifically in the Playstation version of Doki Doki Literature Club Plus, Yuri's blood color and background is changed due to Sony's regulations on content. Personally I feel that it is a completely trivial and arbitrary change on Sony's part.
This was recorded via the PS5 version, but is also present on its PS4 variant. No other console version features these changes.
