Delivery: The delivery occurs when the goods are loaded on board the ship at the port of origin
Risk of Loss: Once the delivery occurs, the buyer bears the risk of loss from the port of origin to the destination
Cost of Freight: The seller pays the cost of freight for the main carriage from the origin to the named port of destination
Insurance: Neither party has any obligation to the other party to purchase cargo insurance
Import and Export: If applicable, the seller exports the goods from the origin country; the buyer imports
