It's a challenge keeping dogs in shelters cool in this extreme heat. Animal shelters in so many places are struggling with record setting heat so I thought helping cool some rescue dogs down with cool refreshing dog ice cream might help. This isn't the first time we have taken my dog ice cream recipe to some very deserving shelter dogs.
