Welcome to vlogmas2019 and day 1 of the 12 days of Christmas. In this series I will take you through normal days as a soldier and wife in our family as well as do some traditional informational videos. At the end of each video I will give you a military tip and I need for you to drop a Christmas tree down in the comment section to let me know you watched.

In this video I take you on base to the actual gym I use each day and show you one of my full body workout routines that has helped me transform my mommy body. A lot of people want to join the military but they dont know where to start when it comes to fitness and fitness motivation. Hopefully this can be your motivation. If I can do it, you can too.

My goal is to show you all what military life is like for us during the holiday season as well as teach and empower you all to make great career related decisions.
