Casa Firelli was kind enough to send me some of their "Italian Hot Sauce" to test out. SPOILER ALERT: FIREMOST! Watch the video for my thoughts on tasting the first hot sauce to come out of Italy! I taste the hot sauce on its own and also on a homemade Pizza Margherita baked in my Ooni Koda 16 Pizza Oven. The sauce was designed with pizza in mind, but don't let that stop you.
