粵語 | 蝦米肉碎蒸糯米飯| 糯米軟硬適中、粒粒分明| Steamed Sticky AKA Sweet Rice With Dried Shrimp And Minced Pork

Описание: Ingredients:
1 cup sticky rice (aka sweet rice/glutinous rice)
8 shiitake mushrooms
1 cup ground pork
1/4 cup dried shrimp (small)
1 shallot
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp scallion
1/5 tsp sugar
1/5 tsp salt
pinch of white pepper
1/2 tsp soy sauce
drizzle with sesame oil at the end

*soak sticky rice in water for 1.5-2 hours,
then pour out water,
add 1 tbsp oil & 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce; mix well

Pork marinate:
1/5 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp soy sauce

材料:
1 杯 糯米
8 個 香菇
1 碗 豬絞肉
1/4 碗 小蝦米
1 個 紅蔥頭
2 瓣 蒜頭
2 湯匙 蔥花
1/5 茶匙 糖
1/5 茶匙 鹽
少許 白胡椒粉
1/2 茶匙 生抽
最後淋上少許麻油

*浸泡糯米 1.5-2 個小時,
然後倒走水份,
加一湯匙油 & 半湯匙老抽

豬肉醃料:
1/5茶匙 糖
1/4 茶匙 鹽
1/2 茶匙 粟粉
1 茶匙 生抽
