Theodore Persona 3 Portable EN VA: Travis Willingham
Faris in the FeMC Project Discord extracted Theo's English voice lines.
Theo's voice lines are from P3P and were added in over Elizabeth's. They don't line up perfectly as the animations were not made for them (i.e. mouth flaps), but I did the best I could. Some of the voice lines don't exactly match the visual text, and I added some extras. One benefit of cutting together all the audio separately was being able to remove Fuuka's repetitive scanning voice lines lol.
