Описание: Our intensive on antispin flowers continues with today's tutorial on antispin in split-time opposites. This is probably my favorite variant on antispin flowers--the symmetry of it contrasts with the human body in such a way that I feel like it looks really exotic and striking. Here I'll give you a couple exercises to work up to the final trick as it's easy to lose your timing going through the middle of it!
