I personally believe Switch (SWCH) is an excellent portfolio builder stock. I think it provides diversification into the data center and indirectly renewable energy. Furthermore, the company has excellent growth projected ahead and there are no signs of demand for data storage slowing down as the digital world and Web 3.0 continue to develop. Not to mention they pay a dividend and are looking to potentially raise that dividend through transitioning to a real estate income trust (REIT) business structure.
