50ml Brandy (Cognac)
1 Clove Garlic
2 Tbsp Butter/Oil/Ghee
To Make Demi Glace:
1 Beef Stock Pot
1 Chicken Stock Pot
1 Sachet Gelatine
1 Tbsp Tomato Puree (Paste)
1 Litre Water
