It replaces over 90 vehicles with realistic high res ones, it has tonnes of realistic buildings areound the city, heaps of changes to make the city look better, and also stunt parks such as a skatepark and a motocross track around the city.

This is one of the best real gta mods for vice city, and only 1 or 2 even come close.
