For the recipe;
1. For the milk pudding layer:
• Half cup vegetable oil
• 125 g butter
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 liter milk
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 packet vanilla (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil and margarine in a pot.
2. Add the flour and lightly sauté until the raw smell goes away and the color turns slightly.
3. Pour in the milk and cook while whisking continuously.
4. As it starts to simmer, add 1 cup of sugar.
5. Once the pudding thickens and comes to a boil, add the vanilla and remove from heat.
6. Blend the mixture in a blade-style food processor for 5–10 minutes to make it extra smooth.
7. Pour the pudding into a glass baking dish (borcam).

2. For the lemon sauce:
• 1 cup lemon juice
• 1 cup granulated sugar (adjust to your taste)
• 3 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 cup water (to adjust consistency after cooking)
Instructions:
1. While still cold, whisk together the lemon juice, sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl until smooth.
2. Transfer the mixture to a pot and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
3. If it becomes too thick, add water little by little after cooking to reach the desired consistency.
(Cornstarch thickens more as it cools, so leave it slightly more fluid while hot.)
4. Pour the lemon sauce over the milk pudding layer.
