The community of Aliwal North in the Eastern Cape has called for law enforcement agencies to intensify the fight against substance abuse in the area. This follows the brutal murder of a 70-year-old woman, allegedly at the hands of her 30-year-old grandson, whom it's believed was a drug user.
The lifeless body of Lucy Mamoketi-Moea was discovered in a steel trunk at her house a week after she was murdered.
