It's 8am and today's yoga is brought to you by the propensity to grow and evolve

Imagine if your spiritual advisor, guru, teacher, sage... says to you "we must get together and catch up" only to sit down in front of you and proceed the conversation with

"I don't believe in God anymore"

more on that later but first

This is a fascinating case for those out there paying attention

I don't see a lot of category II patients in their early 20's unless they're running with the ol' Ehlers-Danlos

What you didn't see here was the post session recheck, and the category II indicator was still present... meaning the relief she gains will not last long

Upon report, this patient did have 3 days of immediate, significant and grateful relief

But then it all came back

just like her ticklishness... this goes deep

Which is why she, her boyfriend and her cousin are all coming back for continued care, until we can make it stick

Her cousin's video is coming up on channel 2 shortly, her case is more severe... and therefore, unfortunately but the reality is... also more interesting.

So of course this leads me to ask "is it genetic?"

yes, I'm quite sure that even just imagining the universal switch set to OFF

is not possible within our apparent dimensional realities

And really... it doesn't matter

BC the universe is ON

My only interpretation of this is...

If it's ON then it must matter

(haha matter... no pun intended)

what you do, why we're here, what life is

matters

Now, I can spiral down the cognitive wormhole of "but what is life" until we hit 5k

And there is great value to letting the mind meander through the mall of mystery

However it's always easier, more productive, sustainable, satisfying and gratifying... to focus on what you can control

1) Devotion to service... how can you make the world more diverse, experienced, beautiful, peaceful? Maybe your service is to cause dismay or chaos... no judgement, those people can be fun sometimes lol

2) And... since this is your life too... how are you going to spend your extra available time when you're done work for the day?

BC the universe is ON... and everything you see is a result of some kind of generational, procreational cycle of birthing and dying

So just make sure you're enjoying what you're doing

Do it... just like it... laughter and tears

Then there's really only one thing left to do
