First Impressions: The lobby is massive and a bit overwhelming, but you'll get used to it.
Check-in Drama: My Diamond Club upgrade didn't feel VIP due to some service hiccups.
Room Review: From an outdated Junior Ocean View to a swim-out room with a surprise visitor
Resort Layout: Main section, Diamond Club, and Hideway (adults-only) – each with unique perks.
Amenities: A huge pool area, a relaxing spa, pickleball courts, and exclusive lounges.
Food & Fun: Plenty of dining options and activities, but service at Guest Services could be better.
