Just imagine deciding on an eBike, paying $3500 and then finding out theres a MUCH BETTER eBike available for $1400 less! Imagine what you could do with $1400! Well, I'm sure a lot of you made the same costly mistake I did. The good news is if you're currently shopping for an eBike you don't have to make the same mistake! Sure, SUPER73 blew it out of the park with their marketing but they skimped on the quality. They also have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Why spend all that money just to be forgotten about as a customer after the sale to fend for yourself trying to fix all the issues you're having with the bike.

Ariel Rider puts just as much quality into their bikes as they do their customer support. You'll never meet a team more dedicated to its riders that want to make sure their customers are happy and enjoying their eBike they purchased with their hard earned money. If you do happen to run into any issues, their number one priority is to get you back up and riding as soon as possible.

Just remember, when you purchase any eBike you're also buying into the company. Who do you want in your corner when something goes wrong?
