red bell pepper 1 medium 120g
garlic cloves 7-8
coriander 1/2 cup
dried red chilli 8-9
Salt 1 tbsp
kashmiri red chilli 1.5 tbsp
Paprika 1.5 tbsp
oregano 1 tbsp
lemon zest 1 tsp
white vinegar 2 tbsp
lemon juice 3 tbsp
olive oil 1/4 cup

boneless chicken thigh 1kg
Salt 3/4 tsp or to taste
red chilli 3/4 tsp
peri peri sauce 1,1/2 cup
olive oil 3-4 tbsp
