Install and setup atom for basic development.
Note for Windows users: The problem at the end of the video with getting the linter running can be corrected by performing the following steps:
1) In Atom, update the "linter" package to the latest version Settings -- Packages - Type "Linter" -- Update or Upgrade
2) In Windows, download and install python 3 via the python website https://www.python.org/downloads/
3) Once installed, open a regular windows command-line (NOT Cygwin), and run pip3 install pyflakes
4) Restart Atom.
