Hundreds of Venezuelans took to the streets in Caracas and other cities to protest the U.S. seizure of an oil tanker, accusing Washington of “Yankee piracy.” The demonstrations followed the Trump administration’s confiscation of the M/T Skipper in Caribbean waters under long-standing U.S. sanctions on Venezuela and Iran.
