Описание: This gentle stretch, is a great way to get the body more agile. Whether your stiff or achy, tired or recovering from illness or injury, have fussy knees or back, using the support of the chair can be a helpful tool to guide us in and out of asanas (postures) with more ease and less wear and tear on the joints, and this whole body stretch will do just that! I personally find that chair yoga is a great way to build core and pelvic floor strength and the chair allows for more length throughout the spine and less pressure on the lumber spine. What ever your reason grab your comfy clothes (something easy to move in) and lets get moving!
