Here is a card game that is still one of the very best out there in recent years. And it has a very solid solo option as well! By User: GameRulesforOne on BGG, this remains one of the more clever solo adaptations that still holds its own, from a time when solo tabletop gaming was hardly heard of (apprx. 2010) Here is a link for the solo rules:

I enjoyed it then and every bit as much even today. In this video I go over what the game is about in a general sense and how the solo rules interact with gameplay to give you an idea if it might be worth your while. It will help greatly if you already know or have played the game in its "normal" format.
