So it goes for Ana Popovic, the fiery female guitarist bringing a potent energy to the blues/funk rock style. Popovic has outdone herself on her newest release Trilogy, packing a punch into each of the twenty-five songs featured on the album. As the only female guitar-player Ana was added to the 2014 -'16 all star Experience Hendrix lineup; a nationwide tour celebrating the music and legacy of Jimi Hendrix w/ Buddy Guy, Eric Johnson, Zakk Wylde, Jonny Lang, Kenny Wayne Shepherd and many more world renown artists. She’s nominated for five Blues Music Awards, appeared on the cover of Vintage Guitar and Guitar Player magazine.
