Today, on a stunning autumn day, we arrived at the outskirts of a village in the Hawraman region called Hirovi. Before anything else, we ventured to the village's spring, then returned to a beautiful spot high on the mountain overlooking the village. There, we prepared incredibly delicious and unique chicken wings with a side of potatoes.
