📌 RECIPES FEATURED
• Crispy Fried Drumsticks
Ingredients:
Chicken drumsticks – ½ kg
Oil – for frying
Potatoes – ½ kg
Mayonnaise – ½ cup
Garlic – 1 tablespoon
For Crispy Fry Mix:
All-purpose flour – 1 cup
Cornflour – 1/3 cup
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Chicken powder – 1 tablespoon
Red chili powder – 1 tablespoon
Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon
Method:
Separate 3 tablespoons and 5 tablespoons of the crispy fry mix. Add ¼ cup water to the 3 tablespoons of fry mix and mix well to make a batter.
First, coat the chicken drumsticks in the dry fry mix. Then dip them into the prepared batter and coat again with the dry fry mix.
Heat oil in a pan for frying and fry the drumsticks on medium heat for 12–15 minutes. Remove from the oil and set aside.
Wash and cut the potatoes without peeling them. Fry the potatoes in the same oil on medium heat for 5 minutes and remove.
Fry the drumsticks again for 5 minutes and remove from the pan.
In another pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté the garlic for 1 minute. Remove from the pan and let it cool.
Mix the cooled garlic with mayonnaise and serve as a sauce with the drumsticks and fries.


• Frozen Paratha
Ingredients:
2 cups All-purpose flour
6 tablespoons Semolina
1 teaspoon Salt
Clarified butter for frying
Method:
1. In a bowl, add the flour, 3 tablespoons of semolina, salt, and 3 tablespoons of ghee. Mix well and knead into a dough. Set aside.
2. Make small balls from the dough and flatten them. Sprinkle semolina on top.
3. Roll them up, shape them back into balls, and flatten again.
4. Heat 3 tablespoons of ghee in a pan and cook the paratha until done.


• Pakora mix
Ingredients:
Gram flour 1 kg
Baking soda 1 tsp
Corn flour 1 cup
Salt 1-1/2 tbsp
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Kasoori fenugreek 3 tbsp
Crushed coriander 4 tbsp
Crushed cumin 3 tbsp
Talhar chili powder 3 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tbsp
