How to Create Sun Rays in Photoshop

To create sun rays or light rays in Photoshop first of all we will use brush tool to make some random dots. After that will apply Radial Blur on our rays layer multiple times till we get sun rays. We can get different variations of light rays by lowering opacity and changing applying various blending modes.

This photo manipulation effect of creating sun rays can be used for making sunrise, sunset, and creation of educational material.
