Montserrat is one of the most unique and rewarding day trips you can take from Barcelona. In this video, I travel from the city to the famous Montserrat mountain range, taking the train and cable car up to the monastery.
Along the way, I explore the dramatic landscape, the historic Benedictine monastery, and the basilica, before heading back to Barcelona to end the day at Parc Güell and the fountains at Plaça d’Espanya.
