Описание:
START:
Single leg balance with slight knee flexion and neutral medial arch
Non weight bearing leg 90 degrees of hip and knee flexion
Holding a plate of prescribed weight in 1 hand, gripping with the fingertips
EXECUTE:
Pass the plate from one hand to the other under the non weight bearing leg
Hold and maintain balance for prescribed time before passing back to the other side
Repeat for prescribed repetitions on each side
FOCUS:
Maintain neutral medial arch
Avoid valgus knee position
Keep chest upright with anterior core engaged
Keep non weight bearing leg up at 90 degrees of hip and knee flexion throughout and ankle in dorsiflexion
GOAL:
Single leg balance
Stability
Foot and arch strength
Core stability
Hand/ grip strength
Forearm strength
