To balance out all the ruggedness on Last Day on Earth's birthday, we're bringing kittens to the Wastelands. Cats are becoming your full-on pets! We've added 10 breeds of 13 coat colors. Our active community helped us choose them by posting photos of their beloved fluffballs.

Place cats in the playpen, care for them, and feed them. By the way, the kitchen now provides special recipes for the little ones' menu and allows you to claim cooked dishes. Each cat is unique – raise and crossbreed those you deem the best. Adult cats will be bringing you valuable resources as a thank you for taking care of them. Just don't forget to treat them to some fish. If you want to place more adult cats at your base, upgrade their cat tree.

🚙 ATV GAMEPLAY IS FINALLY EXPANDING

For the first time, survivors will get more ATV-focused gameplay in the Wastelands!
Drive through dangerous bogs, crush trees blocking your path, and collect valuable event resources using the ATV.

And the best part?
If you still don’t have a fully assembled ATV, the update may allow players to RENT one during the event!

This makes the anniversary event more accessible for newer players while still rewarding veteran survivors.

Cats are becoming a much bigger feature in the game!
This update introduces:

🐾 Multiple Cat Breeds
🐾 Different Cat Colors
🐾 Kittens
🐾 Furniture & Cat Structures
🐾 Permanent Pets

Each cat will be able to collect loot for you, and feeding them better food increases the chances of receiving rare items.

You’ll also be able to CROSSBREED cats to upgrade them and unlock better loot pools. This could become one of the most interesting long-term mechanics added to the game.
