Mr. Tan Ah Qiang's Tai Dong stall has served Teochew-style Lor Ark for 40 years. Now in Sims Vista, it still attracts old customers from Boat Quay. The stall also has special dishes like cabbage with dried pig skin, satisfying its loyal fans with traditional flavor.
