Ingredients used :
Mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrot, bell peppers, mushrooms, beans)
मिक्स सब्ज़ियाँ (ब्रोकली, गाजर, शिमला मिर्च, मशरूम, बीन्स)
Coconut milk – 1 cup
नारियल का दूध – 1 कप
Thai curry paste (green/red) – 1½ tbsp
थाई करी पेस्ट (ग्रीन/रेड) – 1½ टेबलस्पून
Garlic – 4–5 cloves (finely chopped)
लहसुन – 4–5 कलियाँ (बारीक कटी)
Ginger – 1 tsp (finely chopped)
अदरक – 1 चम्मच (बारीक कटा)
Onion – 1 small (sliced)
प्याज – 1 छोटा (कटे हुए)
Capsicum – 1 small (sliced)
शिमला मिर्च – 1 छोटी (कटी हुई)
Oil – 2 tbsp
तेल – 2 टेबलस्पून
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
सोया सॉस – 1 चम्मच
Salt – to taste
नमक – स्वादानुसार
Sugar – a pinch (optional)
चीनी – एक चुटकी (वैकल्पिक)
Water or vegetable stock – ½ cup
पानी या वेजिटेबल स्टॉक – ½ कप
