Use the HDMI port(s) of dock with your laptop on Clamshell Mode, please pre-set your macbook/win laptop don't sleep automatically. 2). Please connect a mouse to wake up the monitor when you set your laptop on Clamshell Mode. 3) Please connect a PD power adapter greater than 65W to the "USB C-PD" port on the dock to ensure all functions work stably; 4) Please connect your monitor to the HDMI port(s), NOT the USB-C ports, all of the USB-C ports on the dock don't support video output. 5) The PULWTOP Model: BD216C CAN'T split screen on all MacBooks and iPads
