Описание: ମହିଳା ଚାଷୀ ହେବେ ବ୍ରାଣ୍ଡ ଆମ୍ବାସଡର । ମହିଳା ଚାଷୀଙ୍କ ଭୂମିକାକୁ ଅଧିକ ସୁଦୃଢ଼ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସରକାର ଏଭଳି ନୂଆ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛନ୍ତି। ଆଗାମୀ ଦିନରେ ମହିଳା ଚାଷୀମାନେ ଜୈବିକ ଚାଷର ବ୍ରାଣ୍ଡ ଆମ୍ବାସଡର ଭାବେ ଆଗକୁ ଆସିବେ ବୋଲି କୃଷି ସଚିବ କହିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହା ସହ ଜୈବିକ ଚାଷର ଉତ୍ପାଦକୁ ଭଲ ବଜାର ମିଳିବା ପାଇଁ ସରକାର ନୂଆ ଯୋଜନା ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରୁଛନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏନସିଏନଏଫ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଆୟୋଜିତ ମହିଳା କୃଷି ସମ୍ମିଳନୀରେ ଯୋଗଦେଇ କୃଷି ସଚିବ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ, ରାଜ୍ୟର କୃଷି କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ଅବଦାନ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ।

In a major step to strengthen the role of women in agriculture, the government is planning a new initiative where women farmers will become brand ambassadors of organic farming in Odisha. The announcement was made by the Agriculture Secretary during a Women Agriculture Conference organized by National Council of News & Farmers (NCNF).

Officials highlighted that women play a crucial role in almost every stage of farming—from cultivation to harvesting. Because of their strong involvement, the government aims to empower women farmers to promote organic farming practices and help expand awareness among rural communities.

The government is also preparing new plans to ensure better market access for organic products, focusing on branding, marketing, and value addition. The conference also discussed the challenges, opportunities, and future of organic farming, with special emphasis on creating strong market demand for organic produce.

Successful women farmers from different districts of the state were also felicitated for their contribution to agriculture, encouraging more women to participate actively in sustainable farming practices.
