Tip of the week: think margins! Any business thrives or dies on margins. If your toys are too expensive and your play ration is too low or claw machine settings not dialed in, you will bleed money and not even know why. If your toys are averaging $1.75 or more per toy your win loss ratio needs to be set to at least 1 win every 8. Your strong, weak, and LGV settings need to be tested to give you that win loss ratio based off the current types of toys you have in the machine. Run 20 test plays to see that the strong, weak, LGV settings you have set give you a true win loss ratio that matches what you want it to be playing at. This is the BEST way to be sure you do not bleed money from your claw machine business. This is how to successfully start and run a claw machine business like a pro.
