According to Chhillar “sky is the limit, we are limitless”. The beautiful, sexiest and gorgeous diva previously won the Miss Femina India (2017), before winning 67th Miss World Pageant.

Manushi Chhillar loves painting and poetry and took acting classes form Indian School of Drama. She is also a trained Kuchipudi dancer under the supervision of legendary Raja, Kaushalya Reddy and Radha. She has visited about 20 villages for the project and has treated over 5,000 women under the menstural hygiene Campaign.

Personal Life Background

Born in Haryana (India) on 14th May 1997and did her schooling from St. Thomas School, New Delhi. It’s a co-incidence winning a Miss World Pageant and being a medical student, second after Indian women who crowned as Miss World (Retia Faria – 1966).

Chhillar father Dr. Mitra Basu is a scientist at the Defence Research and Development Organisation, while her mother Dr. Neelam Chhillar, is an associate professor and department head of neurochemistry at the Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences. Manushi persuing her medical degree at the Bhagat Phool Singh Government Medical College for Women in Sonipat.

Manushi Chhillar Miss World 2017 & Miss India 2017

In 25 June 2017, Chhillar took part in the Femina Miss India 2017 competition, representing the state of Haryana. During the Miss India competition she was crowned Miss Photogenic and also the winner too.

On 18 November 2017, Chhillar was crowned Miss World 2017 by outgoing titleholder Stephanie Del Valle. She became the sixth Indian woman to win the crown, and the first since Priyanka Chopra won Miss World 2000.
