High-resolution, label-free, non-invasive imaging within optically thick samples: 386x386x735 nm³

Описание: Our technological capabilities enable us to image at high resolution while maintaining a large field of view: here, a zoom-in of one of our images is shown to demonstrate this feature. The sample is a retinal organoid (40 days old). The hue scale quantifies the motion rate of the organelles within each cell; we have shown that it is linked to cell activity. Beyond morphological features, the color helps to distinguish cell types and cellular features such as cell division, for example.
